  1. Are there any issues with conflicts of interest, resulting from one side paying the “expert witnesses” huge sums of money to tilt the court proceedings in their favor?
  1. What inspired you to take this profession?

  1. How do you know which party is telling the truth? How do you make the final decision?
  1. What do you do when a side of a dispute refuses to speak with you?
  1. Could you please describe the layout of a negotiation room, and also tell us about the purposes of the objects inside of it?
  1. How many colleagues do you work with in a negation meeting?
  1. Are there bodyguards in the room with you? Either answer, why?
  1. Have you had any violent disputes in the past?
  1. Do you work in a private environment? If so, how?
  1. How do you know if the partner you want to make a contract with is the right one
